This type of appointment is not approved to work more than 999 hours per year for all positions combined. Should incumbents work more than a total of 999 hours in a year the appointment may not continue beyond one year of service.
The Colgate University Department of Athletics is currently accepting applications for a part-time position working with the field hockey team.

AccountabilitiesAssist Colgate’s field hockey team at practices and competitions. Job duties include but are not limited to skill instruction.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for execution of specific strategic activities and outcomes within assigned sport or area. These will include sustained performance and execution in the following areas:
- adhere to Head Coach’s philosophy
- athletic instruction/coaching
- program operations and administration as designated by head coach
RequirementsProfessional Experience/ Qualifications1-3 years experience coaching or participation in field hockey
Preferred Qualifications4 years experience coaching or participation in field hockey
EducationBachelor’s degree required.
Physical RequirementsOther InformationA current valid driver’s license, in accordance with the University’s Driver Safety and Motor Vehicle Use Policy, is required.
