Coleman Health Services is Hiring a Stark Director of IHBT (Intensive Home Based Therapy) Near Canton, OH

Do you want to have flexibility in scheduling to better fit your personal work life balance? Then, Leading Intensive Home Based Therapy is for you!

Coleman Health Services is seeking a full time Director for our Intensive Home Based Therapy (IHBT) program. Make a difference in the lives of children and families at risk for out-of-home placement. As an IHBT Supervisor, your short-term involvement (3-6 months) will make a long-term impact to the child and family. You will have a small caseload of up to 3 clients at a time, giving you the opportunity to spend 3-5 hours a week with each family, fostering meaningful relationships to help families heal and build resilience. You will then provide direct supervision to IHBT clinicians, lead Group supervison, participate in the Center of Excellence Consultation, be well trained and be a member of an outstanding Leadership Team. This job is based out of Canton, Ohio, and serving Stark County.

Qualified Candidates for Therapist, Community Based, IHBT:

· Master’s Degree, LPCC or LISW

· Must have NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number

· Maintain a clean driving record

· Be available for a 24/7 on-call rotation

· Must be willing to complete and have favorable BCI results and drug/alcohol screening if selected for the position
