We are seeking Manager of Crisis Stabilization Unit in Stark County, Ohio. The purpose of this position is to lead the CSU in Stark County to manage a multi-bed behavioral health crisis stabilization unit with 24/7 coverage. May be eligible for a sign-on bonus!

Manager of Crisis Stabilization Unit Duties include:

• Develop and Maintain staffing schedule for the unit
• Coordinate admissions and discharges
• Develop and implement daily treatment regimen.
• Support coordination with other services for individuals admitted to unit.
• Provide clinical leadership, management, and direct care to individuals admitted to the crisis unit.
• Manage department’s operating budget

Manager of Crisis Stabilization Unit Qualifications:

• Master’s degree along with LISW or LPCC licensure or Bachelor’s degree with RN Licensure
• Must be eligible for an NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number
• Acceptable driving record
• Candidates will be expected to complete a drug/alcohol screening within 48 hours of an offer of employment

Preference:

• Past or current work management experience
• Past or current Experience in motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and trauma informed care

This crucial position is available thanks to a nearly $4 million SAMHSA grant that Coleman received to implement Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) in our service areas of greatest need.
