Therefore, we are seeking someone who first and foremost has a strong relationship with Christ that is evidenced in all aspects of their life.

Qualities and qualifications we require in a candidate:

• A strong testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and evidence of faith in action.
• Desire to invest in and disciple students in their relationship with the Lord.
• Evidence of a teachable heart, humility, and a gentle spirit.
• Experience working with young children.
• Must be comfortable leading children at a small group center.
• Demonstrated ability to work in unity as part of a team, serving others.

Job Duties Include:

• Works with early childhood or elementary students in a small group setting
• Assists teacher with classroom management, preparation of teaching materials such as copying and organizing.

Job Data:

• Hours: 21-28 hours per week
• Salary: Starts at $12.00 per hour. Actual salary is dependent on experience.
• Benefits: Does not qualify for health or retirement benefits.
• Tuition Discount: 25% discount on tuition. Does not include fees.
• Start Date: August 2024
