- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
- Communicate to customers the status of their orders.
- Professionally answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
- Be able to read and understand the electronic parts catalog.
- Provide high-level service to both internal and external customers.
- Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit emergency orders as necessary.
- Assist in the collection of payments from customers.
- Be willing to work Saturdays.
- Be able to lift and carry 50lbs.
- Be able to multi-task with customers and fellow workers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two years’ work experience with auto parts sales.
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Have strong organizational and time management skills.
- DealerTrack DMS and GM experience is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
