The Position:
We are currently looking for a Field Service Technician to join our US team and be based in Dallas, Texas. This is a field-based, customer-facing role, primarily travelling to customer sites performing installation, maintenance and service work. You will also be responsible for building a positive relationship with customers and peers, as well as completing necessary administrative tasks. As the ideal candidate you are an independent go-getter and team player with a positive attitude making customer satisfaction and technical performance your priority.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide installation, service, training and troubleshooting support on dry ice production equipment and dry ice blasting machines at our customers’ facilities. The primary work base location for this position is Dallas, Texas.
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and commitment to resolving their requests
- Complete administrative follow-up tasks (electronically) after visiting customer site
- Ensure that safety and quality standards are met
- Take and respond to emergency customer service calls, taking turns with colleagues to answer the 24/7 service line
- Identify customer needs and requirements and create proposals in collaboration with the Customer Service Coordinator
