Job Description:

As a Warehouse Team Lead at Kyrie Global Inc., you will play a pivotal role in upholding the efficiency and effectiveness of our warehouse operations. This includes being a role model in adhering to our company's safely policies and procedures, particularly in the context of SQF and GDP standards. Upholding the highest cleanliness and organization standards within our food product warehouse. Working closely with our Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products, optimizing inventory management, and providing leadership to our dedicated team of warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Provide strong leadership, supervision, guidance, and support to our warehouse team.

Conduct training sessions, perform performance evaluations, and effectively handle conflict resolution.

Collaborate with other departments as necessary to foster a harmonious work environment.

Process Optimization:

Work in tandem with the Warehouse Manager to streamline warehouse processes.

Maximize operational efficiency while maintaining stringent quality and safety standards.

Quality Control:

Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to ensure products meet our company's high standards and regulatory requirements.

Safety Compliance:

Be a champion for safety, promoting and enforcing safety protocols to create a secure working environment for all team members.

Shipping and Receiving:

Oversee all shipping and receiving operations, with meticulous attention to SQF and GDP standards, ensuring food products are handled with care and accuracy.

Customer Service:

Collaborate with our customer service and sales teams to fulfill orders promptly and address customer inquiries and issues effectively.

Other Duties:

Be adaptable and ready to take on any additional responsibilities assigned by the company and management.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in an equivalent role.

Experience upholding GFSI standards, either as a team member or a team leader.

Proficiency in warehouse software packages and excellent MS Office skills.

Strong data input, retrieval, and analysis capabilities.

A hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Superior time management and multitasking abilities.

Strong critical thinking skills.

A high sense of urgency.

Keen attention to details.

Must have 2 or more years forklift experience.
