We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries in person and via phone in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders and resolving any issues or concerns
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide updates on orders
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer needs

Experience:
- Previous restaurant experience is required
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and adhere to safety standards through out shift
- Proven ability to upsell or cross-sell products or services
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Prep and prepare menu items
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
