Coke Florida is looking for a Sales Merchandising Supervisor based out of our Sebring location. What You Will Do: As a Coke Florida Sales Merchandising Supervisor, you will supervise and direct the day-to-day activities of a team of Sales Merchandisers and Merchandisers, and is responsible for overseeing timely, accurate orders and maintaining merchandising standards within a designated geographic area.Roles and Responsibilities: Lead huddle calls with sales merchandisers and part-time merchandisers Visit outlets for adherence to merchandising standardsMonitor market execution per ad calendar Track volume for incentives & productivity Conduct account execution surveysClose customer service tickets related to merchandising and replenishment in a timely mannerManage order transmissions, missed deliveries, dispatch issues, & unscheduled deliveriesManage technology/device administrationCommunicate with store managers as needed concerning ordering/execution Main point of contact for ordering/delivery issues Communicate routinely with sales leadershipMonitor returns and breakage, damages, and losses (BD&L)Sales Merchandiser and Sales Merchandiser Relief field training support Transport, replace, and maintain point of sale advertising as appropriate for accountComply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable lawsIdentifying and reporting any unsafe working conditionsTrain, evaluate, support, and develop team membersEnsure associates complete daily activities on timeRecruiting and hiring; conducting interviews to maintain staffing levelsOnboarding new associatesLead huddle calls with sales merchandisers and part-time merchandisersScheduling sales merchandiser and part-time work hoursLabor planning and OPEX merchandising budgeting Develop weekly merchandising plans including display execution resource strategyFor this role, you will need: High School or GED (General Education Diploma) Must be eligible to work in the United StatesMust be 18 years of age or olderAbility to use and understand mobile applicationsAbility to work variable schedule, weekends and holidays Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product. Certification as requiredMust provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hoursMust have and maintain a valid driver's licenseMust have and maintain current vehicle liability insurance, as specified by companyMust have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years* *Major moving violations include, but are not limited to, leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence, and reckless driving. Minor moving violations include, but are not limited to, speeding, driving too close, failure to stop, and improper lane changes. Driving records, including minor moving violations, will be evaluated according to Coke Florida guidelines to determine eligibility for the Sales Merchandising Supervisor position. Additional Qualifications that will make you successful in this role: Associate Degree/1-2 Yr. College - Univ. Degree1 years previous sales/merchandising experience preferred1 year supervising a small team preferredStrong attention to detail and follow-up skillsExcellent planning and organization skillsProficient computer application skills This role is extremely physical, which requires:Ability to repetitively lift, carry and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistanceAbility to repetitively push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance while kneeling, squatting, reaching about the head, reaching at the waist, reaching below the knees and bending at the kneesAbility to repetitively push and pull manual transport equipment (for example, pallet jack or hand truck) containing product loads up to a minimum of 100 yards without assistanceAbility to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordinationAbility to exert oneself physically over sustained periods of time to complete job activitiesAbility to read information in small, medium and large printAbility to stand a minimum of 8 hours during the workday up to 10 hoursAbility to walk a minimum of 4 hours during the workday
