Coit Cleaning and Restoration Services is Hiring an Assistant Corporate Program Manager Near Arizona, AZ

The Assistant Program Manager represents COIT Restoration Services to a variety of Third-Party Administration (TPA) programs. Under general supervision, performs program compliances and a variety of marketing and administrative duties for the restoration divisions and franchises. Supports national corporate restoration efforts as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

ADMINISTRATIVE

  • Be a good ambassador/representative for COIT Services, Inc. This includes wearing appropriate business attire and COIT Identification Badge.
  • Provides prompt and professional service to all customers. This includes being polite, courteous, and respectful.
  • Assists in completing applications for third-party vendor management programs for divisions and franchises.
  • Effectively and strategically managing TPA organizations and COIT Divisions and franchisees as assigned, developing and maintaining excellent relationships with same. Includes assisting in ensuring franchise locations have what they need to be considered by vendor management companies or carriers.
  • Assists with training of new or existing personnel with regards to PSA, Mica, and other software needed for vendor management companies.
  • Assist with Credentialing on Profile Gorilla.
  • Completes all reports in a timely manner.
  • Assists in keeping internal personnel informed of changes with carriers or vendor management programs.

MARKETING

  • Assists in supporting corporate participation in national conventions. Calendars these events and is part of the team to travel and represent COIT at the event. This includes serving as a representative at functions (conferences, trade shows, continuing education classes, meeting, networking events, etc.). Assists with the follow up on leads generated at these events as instructed, distributing leads to appropriate divisions and franchises. 
  • Assists in preparing for conventions, trade shows, and Restoration Colleges.
  • Assists divisions and franchises with follow-up materials to leads. Assists in building data base with information collection; performs data entry as needed.

OTHER DUTIES:

  • Attends department meetings as required.
  • Maintains effective working relationships and acts in a manner most beneficial to the company.
  • Maintains accurate records in CRM or other software as directed.
  • Maintains an acceptable driving record.
  • Meets corporate standards for attendance and timeliness.
  • All other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 2 years administrative experience in Restoration and Mitigation required.

Excellent communication skills.

Outstanding organization skills and proven attention to details.

Proven customer service skills.

Ability to recognize and rectify problems.

Strong mathematics skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.

Acceptable presentation skills.

Driving record acceptable to insurance carrier.

Ability to travel on occasion within the US

This position is somewhat physical. There may be extensive walking, standing, stooping, and bending. Periods of time spent sitting at desk, using computer, monitor and mouse. Requires ability to lift and carry boxes of collateral materials (approximately 40 pounds). Traveling requires the safe operation of a personal vehicle.
