Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Camp Counselors. As a Camp Counselor, you will play a vital role in creating a fun and safe environment for children to learn and grow. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for education, childcare, outdoor experiences, and swimming.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage with campers during daily activities
- Plan and lead age-appropriate games, crafts, and educational activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times
- Assist with behavior management and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with other counselors to create a positive camp experience
- Provide guidance and support to campers in their personal growth
- Maintain a clean and organized camp environment

Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a classroom, daycare, or camp setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education and childhood development principles
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to effectively manage behavior and encourage positive interactions
- First aid certification is preferred but not required

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Birmingham, AL 35213: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
