About the role:
As the Strategic Account Manager, you will drive strategic account revenue growth via Coherent Spark software utilization, use case discovery, as well as forming and strengthening client relationships. This role requires a unique blend of skills, including account development, relationship management, understanding client technology ecosystems, low code/no code value propositions, and the ability to cultivate business focused insurance conversations.

As the Strategic Account Manager, you will act as the point of contact between our company and our clients to help solve
problems and achieve business goals. More specifically, you’ll get to:
· Serve as the lead point of contact for strategic clients while building and nurturing trusted, long-lasting relationships
· Collaborate with our sales, advertising and product development teams to ensure the client is served appropriately
· Develop strategies to grow existing strategic accounts and ensure quality and cost-effective services
· Oversee delivery of key tactical requirements and delivery to ensure Coherent software is utilized as broadly as possible
within a key strategic account
· Gain a deep understanding of the client’s needs and what they expect from our company
· Develop tactics that will deliver the most appropriate products or services
· Travel requirements - ability to attend client meetings on site as required (Boston, Indianapolis, NYC, Des Moines, other
locations), anticipate up to 10% of total time
What skills and attributes the candidate will need to get the job done…
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Minimum 3 - 5 years insurance background (Property, Casualty, Life & Annuity), a keen understanding of the insurance value chain, and the ability to have business-based insurance conversations
· Ability to communicate confidently, present and influence key client stakeholders
· Culturally adaptable and experience working in a SaaS and start-up environment
· Ability to build strong client relationships to maintain current business and acquire new business
· Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure client needs are met
· Technology background is helpful to understand how Coherent software can provide accelerated business solutions as a SaaS platform within the client technology ecosystem
