Basic Function of the Job:

Primary interface with Technical Sales Specialist and Customer Service Reps to support continuous improvement projects in sales. These projects include updating existing sales tools such as quote models or costing sheets. Updating and creation of ISO procedures and work instructions. Clean up and organization of costings and open opportunities in Salesforce.

Excellent PC skills and software application (Microsoft Office).

Flexibility in working hours as required by workload and communication demands.

Quick study of technical concepts related to laser optics and their applications.

Ability to read mechanical drawings.

Ability to create lens drawings using in house software.
