Overview

Cohen & Company’s People & Culture team is seeking an ambitious and self-driven Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will mainly be responsbile with requesition management assistance, sourcing projects, and general Talent Acquisition projects. We anticipate a March/April of 2024 start date and to continue through mid-July of 2024. This position will be full time, working 40 hours/week. 

We are open to this position being in the following office locations:

  • Cleveland or Akron, OH
  • Pittsburgh, PA

Responsibilities

  • Utilize applicant tracking system (iCIMS) to review candidates and collaborate with Recruitment Business Partners
  • Coordinate phone screens and team interviews with appropriate interviewers
  • Schedule candidate debrief discussions with TA Specialist and interviewers
  • Assist TA Specialists with sourcing projects, utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
  • Champion our experienced hire recruitment process to ensure an excellent candidate experience
  • Pull reports from ICIMS and send to appropriate people within the business
  • Collaborate on People & Culture/TA team projects as needed
  • Participate as an active member of the TA team by sharing knowledge, insights, best practices, and voicing opportunities for improvement
  • Consistently ‘think outside the box’ to evolve our TA strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 6 months of recruitment experience or administrative experience preferred, internship experience included
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Technology savvy
    • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or iCIMS is preferred
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks and projects with outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to flex to meet the changing needs of teams and clients
  • Strong written and verbal communication are essential for this role
