Cognizant is looking for a “Duck Creek Manager” for developing customized product for our clients. The role is expected to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our current services and technologies.

Education Details: BS or Equivalent

Must Have Skills: Duck Creek Billing, Duck Creek Policy

Job Location: Quincy, Massachusetts

Work Authorization: Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·Lead the design and implementation of Duck Creek Billing and Policy solutions to meet business requirements.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Duck Creek technologies with existing systems.

·12 years of IT experience with 8 years on Duck Creek billing and Duck Creel Policy.

·Drive the adoption of best practices in project management and software development methodologies.

·Analyze project risks and opportunities proposing effective solutions to enhance project outcomes.

·Facilitate training sessions for team members on Duck Creek technologies to enhance their skill sets.

·Stay abreast of the latest trends in Duck Creek technologies applying insights to drive continuous improvement.

·Provide expert consultation to clients understanding their needs and proposing tailored Duck Creek solutions.

·Ensure project deliverables are met within the stipulated timelines and budget.

·Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.

·Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices.

·Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.

·Package and support deployment of releases.

·Work with teammates in the migration of older applications to current Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications:

·Proven experience in Duck Creek Billing and Duck Creek Policy is mandatory.

·Strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance domain is highly desirable.

·Excellent project management and team leadership skills.

·Proficient in software development methodologies and best practices.

·Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.

·Commitment to continuous professional development.
