About the RoleA Data Scientist with Generative AI Engineering skills is crucial for advancing the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning. They specialize in creating and developing generative models that have the ability to generate new content, such as images, text, and audio, based on patterns and data. Their work enables advancements in various industries, including creative arts, content creation, virtual reality, and data synthesis, expanding AI capabilities and driving innovation in applications that require realistic and creative outputs.

You will need to deliver high quality and innovative data driven solution to our client’s needs. This will include, working within a team on the clients site: understanding the client’s pain, designing an analytical approach, implementing a solution, ensuring it is of high quality, and leading and mentoring junior team member. 

About You

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in Big Data, Data Science, ML, Data Engineering or as a Software developer mandatory.
  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst
  • Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
  • Experience of on-site / offshore delivery model
  • Knowledge of R, SQL and Python; familiarity with Scala, Java or C is an asset Understanding/certification of PMP, PRINCE2 and ITIL processes and application development methodologies.
  • Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) and data frameworks (e.g. Hadoop)
  • Expose to data mining
  • Designing, developing, and implementing generative AI models and algorithms utilizing state-of-the-art techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Conducting research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques and identify opportunities to integrate them into our products and services.
  • Optimizing existing generative AI models for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Developing and maintaining AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation.
  • Developing clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and presentations, to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the establishment of best practices and standards for generative AI development within the organization.Providing technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Must Haves

  • Proven working experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst
  • You have a master‘s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. A Ph.D. is highly desirable.
  • Experience in understanding Any Cloud Integration and Services
  • Solid experience developing and implementing generative AI models, with a strong understanding of deep learning techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs.
  • Understanding of Data Mining, Deep Learning and Tensor flow
  • You are proficient in Python and have experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
  • Expertise in Generative AI (certifications preferred), note also non-job related experience gained from courses and self-study is considered and desirable.
  • Experience creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modelling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.
  • You have strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Working experience data preparation, models training and Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes
  • You are familiar with data visualization tools and libraries, such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
  • You have knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Very good experience programming languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
  • Coding knowledge and experience in any of these following languages: R, Python, Scala, Java
  • Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages: R, Python, SLQ, etc
  • Understanding the DevOps for Integration, experience in Java or Python API’s
  • Expose/experience in Cloud technology & integration.
  • Working experience in data bricks and open source
  • Experience using any of the following web services or similar: Redshift, S3, Spark, Digital Ocean, etc
  • You are familiar with cloud-based platforms and services, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks
  • You have experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools, such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.
  • Working experience in advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications
  • Working experience with distributed data/computing tools: Map/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Gourbi, MySQL, etc
  • Working experience with customer understanding the KPI and define the technical desig
