Job Description:

Cognix Concepts, a leading marketing company based in Orlando, FL, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry / Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems while also providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Enter customer and account data into the company database accurately and efficiently, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, and identify and correct any discrepancies or errors.
• Process orders, invoices, and other documents in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
• Retrieve data from various sources and prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records, ensuring easy retrieval and access to information.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry, customer service, or related field is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with the ability to identify errors and discrepancies.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
