```Job Summary```
We are seeking an experienced Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our apartment complex. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. As an Apartment Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring tenant satisfaction, managing leasing activities, and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property.

```Responsibilities```
- Manage all aspects of apartment leasing, including marketing, showing units, and screening prospective tenants
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, ensuring that units are clean and in good condition
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee rent collection and ensure that all payments are processed accurately
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address repair and maintenance issues promptly
- Enforce lease agreements and handle lease renewals and terminations
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement or repair
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, tenant interactions, and maintenance requests
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in property management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures
- Proficient in OneSite or similar property management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations with tenants
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of facilities management and property maintenance
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to rental properties
