We are looking for someone to assist our Apartment Readiness Team in the role of Specialist, Apartment Readiness. If you are interested in making a positive impact on people’s lives by ensuring all new residents receive their apartment in perfect condition, then maybe you should work here.

What you will do:
- Inspect both vacant and occupied apartments.
- Communicate with sub-contractors/vendors.
- Inspect and manage upwards of 20 apartments daily and consistently strive to deliver the units in pristine condition and up to property standards.
- Work as a team and manage your time effectively in the field.
- Use multiple technology platforms to effectively conduct job responsibilities.
- Provide professional interactions with residents, SPS employees and sub-contractors daily.
What you should have:
- High attention to detail to ensure we deliver a consistent product to future residents.
- Fanatical discipline and relentless desire to do what needs to be done.
- General understanding (1 years ) of general construction and customer service.
- A love for organization and keeping up with time management.
- A desire to continually strive to do better and take on ever increasing responsibility.
What we offer:

Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00 - $30.00
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
