Open, maintain, and close Residential Garbage Service accounts.

Receive and document Solid Waste customer's concerns and issues.

Prepare memos, letters, etc., as directed by Solid Waste Enforcement Officer.

Maintain account records in electronic and file format.

Assist in billing, collections, and court processes as necessary.

Greet all office visitors and answer incoming phone calls in a pleasant and helpful manner.

Completes other office duties as assigned and directed.

Is responsible for receipt of account payments, via check, cash or credit card.

Processes all payments and balances daily cash drawer.

Maintains data base of all exempt Solid Waste customers.

Candidate should be competent in written and verbal communication skills.

Candidate will need basic math skills to add, multiply, and divide.

Candidate will need exceptional Customer Service Skills.

Candidate must be able to comprehend and follow directions.

Candidate must be able to operate basic office equipment.

Position includes physical activity to include, but not limited to, sitting, standing, lifting, stooping and crawling.
