The Professional Kitchen Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in theoverall operations of the store with the focus on delivering exceptional food quality and customer service. They are dependable, hardworking and experienced professional who will be responsible for meeting performance and profit goals of the food service area while maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards. The individual selected for this position will have a strong kitchen operations background while meeting and demonstrating a “Passion for Food”. The position will have responsibility with Operations for overall execution and profitability of Foodservice P&L lines (labor, supplies, margin, shrink, etc.) and is expected to deliver a Clean, Friendly, and In-stock experience to all customers.
