Position Summary:
Reporting to the Program Manager for Substance User Health Services, the Clinical Coordinator is responsible supporting the clinical work of the substance use team. This position has a critical role on the team by helping to coordinate the care received by patients enrolled in the Substance Use program by being the primary point person for both patients and SUD clinicians. The position also works closely with the SUD nurse during delivery of care in the clinic.
