Position Summary:
Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Manager will lead and develop programming for HIV, HCV, STI and Substance Abuse. The Manager will report directly to CNO (or Director of PH) and receive guidance from the Medical Director for the services. The Program Manager is the “key contact” for the services and will ensure the programs provide the highest quality and evidence based care. The role requires innovative thinking and creativity to transform and coordinate services to achieve best outcomes.
Supervision:
Align Program work with Organizational Goals and Transformation into a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH):
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required in Health & Human services or nursing program. (Masters Preferred) Experience with HIV and Substance Abuse programs preferred. Experience with grant application and management a plus. Experience in managing, mentoring and supervising preferred. Experience with high risk clients in MSM, IDU and Haitian American populations required. Strong interpersonal skills, including public communication and collaboration.
