Job Field-Security Guard Services

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 42 (3x12hr and 1x6hr shifts)

Work Shift: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Job Description-Enforces the security policies and procedures of the assigned location. Guards against fire, theft, vandalism, altercations, illegal activity, and unauthorized entry to property by performing the following duties while maintaining the Core Values that support the Code 3 Security and Investigation, to the Fullest.

Work Environment

• May be subject to hostile employees, visitors, residents, and violent situations. Exposure to outside weather conditions.
• Appropriate ergonomic and personal safety equipment is provided as needed.

• Patrol the assigned post on foot and/or by vehicle to maintain a safe environment and provide security for visitors, residents and employees.
• Survey the community for safety hazards, fires, suspicious people or other hazardous conditions. Ensure security of doors, windows and gates by performing routine checks.
• Provide information or escort service to buildings, parking lots, events, or locations to authorized guests as needed.
• Respond to any physical alarms.
• Assist with minor task as requested by company or client.
• Pick up trash during rounds as needed.
• Monitor safety of guest and notify EMS, Law Enforcement, Fire Department as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
