Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Protect the property from theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises
- Conduct security checks on personnel, vehicles, and bags as required
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is a plus
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure
- Must be reliable, responsible, and have a strong sense of integrity
