Coca Cola Careers is Hiring a Demand Planning Manager North America Near Atlanta, GA

Position Overview:

Lead the Demand Planning process for CPS North America by tracking and creating the demand plans, working closely with the Customer Service Managers, Supply Planning and Finance teams, as well as other Supply Chain Services Functions (P&P and CS), Bottlers and Operating Unit partners.

What you’ll do for us

  • Collect information from OU´s to build the concentrate sales demand plans (RE, RS, BP) to drive business decisions in collaboration with CPS Plant Leadership teams. On-going business activities such as S&OP’s, Rolling Estimate, Business Planning, BCP and other must be supported by this process. Provide detailed analysis of these plans, leveraging data segmentation, through an understanding of the demand drivers, risks and opportunities and issue recommendations to the SC SS and Plant LT’s.
  • Participate actively on the implementation of new tools and processes with CPS, SCS and OU´s such as: IBP, ORI, Product Rationalization, and others.
  • Ensure the execution of internal and external demand planning processes in connection with the CPS plant and OU´s.
  • Ensure system data accuracy through the validation of weekly / monthly demand plans in IBP, and Master data maintenance in IBP.
  • Responsible for reporting demand KPIs and establish root cause analysis and improvement actions in the demand field which positively impact the downstream processes and CPS global KPIs, OTIF & Inventory losses.
  • Integrate the regional Demand Planning team as member of the Supply Chain Services team, driving process improvement across the region, periodically manage key tasks and initiatives, as required for standardization and continuous improvement and by the team back-up plans.
  • Establish routines with Customer Service team, Bottlers and OU key stakeholders to work collaboratively on demand plans for short and long term, identifying demand issues and improving the quality of the demand signal to CPS, establishing a realistic consensus forecast based on market forecast, concentrate forecast, inventory projections and OU strategy. These routines include S&OP Demand review routines, CPFR´s and others.
  • Participate and support the routines required with the plant teams in terms of managing and delivering the ongoing detailed demand requirements to enable an effective planning process for immediate and long-term demand.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering.

Fully Bilingual English/Spanish - Spanish/EnglishRelated Work Experience:
5 years’ experience in Customer Demand, Budget or Supply Planning areas. Strong business acumen on North America Supply Chain and Operations, and Demand Planning & Forecasting expertise.Functional Skills:
