We are currently looking for growth-minded professionals, who are wanting a start in the Sales and Marketing industry. We are excited to announce our most recent expansion in Evansville, Indiana.

We are filling a position to be a key part of our award-winning team. With the right skill set, we believe we offer the training needed for most anyone to excel in our business.

We offer an energetic and motivating environment that encourages growth, as well as recognizing strong performance. Minimal experience is needed (as long as work ethic is there) & paid training provided.

W2 Sales position with an hourly pay, uncapped commission earnings, bonuses, paid training, and hands on coaching / mentorship.

Up to $400 / week in bonus pay (based on performance)

Responsibilities include :

  • Learning our communication, sales material, & office structure
  • Daily training to become a liaison between sales and clients
  • Attend daily training clinics on quality assurance, quality control of the sales process, professional development, and mastering communication techniques
  • Weekly goal setting and personalized coaching from leadership daily
  • Tracking sales and retention through SalesForce
  • Daily feedback and reminder calls to customers to ensure high retention and build professional relationships with customers

Candidate Qualities :

  • Problem Solving : Recognizes and defines problems; analyzes relevant information; encourages alternative solutions and plans to resolve situations;

seeks additional assistance when needed.

  • Communication : Communicate & listen to customers needs to provide a solution best fit for each individual.

  • Personal confidence and genuine aspiration to help our clients and support team members.

Requirements and Skills Desired :

  • 1-2 years experience in a customer service environment or related field.
  • Great communication skills (active listening and speaking)
  • Experience interacting with people (co-workers or customers) on a daily basis.
  • High school or college graduates preferred.

Finally, we are looking for someone who is excited to gain new skills, is financially driven, and overall wants to make a difference in our organization.
