Monday through Thursday from 1:00 pm-11:30 pm

An emphasis is put on teamwork and approaching business with a positive attitude to keep work fun and engaging.This position will perform a variety of tasks that may include receiving and taking inventory of parts, polishing/deburring metal parts, and general shop cleaning and maintenance. Must be able to work independently on a list of tasks and be responsible to complete the required tasks in a timely manner. Works closely with the Shop Lead to ensure all fabricated parts and assemblies are fabricated and assembled to company’s ambitious standards.
- Inspect fabricated and purchased parts for conformity to print dimensions.
- Receiving, taking inventory, pulling of parts for projects
- Polish and deburr parts according to finish requirements.
- Assembling manufactured assemblies per drawings.
- Running manual milling machine.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and machines.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
- Ensure all timekeeping forms are up to date daily.
- High school graduate or GED.
- Capable of performing a variety of tasks under general supervision with a certain degree of creativity and latitude as required to accomplish the task.
- Ability to interpret and follow mechanical drawings.
- Detail oriented with an attention to tolerance and finish requirements.
- Knowledge of general quality inspection procedures and the ability to inspect part’s conformity to a print dimension.
- Commitment to Quality in all tasks performed.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and spend most of work shift standing.
- Mechanical and fluid power assembly experience.
- Milling machine work experience with the ability to setup and run manual mills and lathes to machine parts according to the provided print dimensions and tolerances.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a manufacturing environment.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Experience inspecting parts to high accuracy tolerances.
- Competent with Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
