Choice Products is Hiring a General Food Manufacturing Associate Near Eau Claire, WI

General Food Manufacturing Associate

Choice Products USA LLC

3421 Truax Court, Eau Claire, WI

Regular Full-time with benefits (40 hours/week).

Day shift 7:00 am to 5:30 pm (1/2 hour unpaid lunch).

Monday through Thursday.

3-day weekends.

Occasional overtime.

Salary: $15.00 per hour paid bi-weekly.

Choice Products is a family-owned business in the food industry for Fundraising. We supply food and gift products for school fundraisers nationwide and clients.

The job consists of working on a food production line preparing and handling food products, packaging and boxing the product. This process plays a vital process in our business.

We desire associates who are friendly, punctual, and will collaborate in a safe, clean, and organized production setting to ensure customer satisfaction and production units are met.

Responsibilities:

Maintain proper level of supplies to line.
Assist with set up of daily production of equipment and product to be run.
Manually package product into various packages.
Ensure packages are properly sealed.
Ensure labeling is properly affixed.
Stack product or boxes of products on pallets.
Maintain cleanliness of production facility.
Work in a cooler environment.

Qualifications:

This position will be able to be consistent in their work hours, stand, move, bend, twist, grab and lift upwards of 50 pounds throughout the day.
Food production experience preferred but not necessary.
Be reliable and dependable.
Accuracy, and good organization skills.
Willingness to work with others.
Ability to catch on quickly.
Hardworking.
Have integrity.
Good verbal communication.
If you are bilingual and can speak and read English.
