Project Manager is responsible for the development and execution stages of signage projects, through the management of Sales Orders and coordination of internal and external stakeholders.

This role utilizes the wealth of industry, project management, and market experience the individual has gained. And they are

tasked with turning this experience into successful execution of signage projects, on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Concurrently manage multiple signage rebranding jobs across multiple locations
• Gather and process information from client briefs and site surveys to define the scope of works for each project. Some estimating/quoting may be required
• Coordinate and liaise with customers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders (internal & external) to ensure products are dispatched and projects completed within the specified time frames. 
• Scheduling on-site installations with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders 
• Manage purchase orders and generate sales orders using our Exact ERP system, making use of the current PA team
• Attend project related meetings 
• Monitor and control budgets for all projects 
• Handle customer enquiries or complaints throughout the project

• Proven experience in project management role(s) is essential
• Familiarity with the WPCG and petroleum industry requirements, Building Code of Australia, and Australian Standards with relevance to the signage industry 
• Demonstrated understanding of the signage manufacturing environment
• Estimating experience highly beneficial 
• Previous experience in the signage, shopfitting or construction industries 
• Qualification or certification in project management advantageous 
• Understanding of structural engineering beneficial
• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to build relationships, solve problems and de-escalate customer complaints
• You must have a valid driver’s license
