Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. In this role, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of our property management department, ensuring smooth and efficient management of our properties. Responsibilities: - Assist in managing all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations - Maintain accurate and up-to-date property files and records - Prepare and execute lease agreements and other property-related contracts - Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants - Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and conflicts in a professional and timely manner - Assist in conducting property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards - Coordinate property maintenance and repairs as needed - Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates - Provide administrative support to the property management team Skills: - Proficiency in property management software (e.g., OneSite) for efficient record keeping and reporting - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant relations - Conflict management skills to address tenant issues and resolve conflicts - Administrative skills to handle paperwork, file management, and data entry accurately - Upselling abilities to promote additional services or amenities to tenants - Knowledge of property maintenance practices to ensure proper upkeep of properties - Familiarity with legal administrative processes related to property management - Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for tenants This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the property management industry.
