Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for Nurse Practitioners (APRN or FNP) to provide medical, surgical, and mental health care to patients in a clinic setting at our Jacksonville, NC location. This position is responsible for providing high quality, comprehensive care to patients, their family members, and friends. The ideal candidate will be a professional nurse with a strong background in primary care, mental health, and pain management. He/She will have experience with high quality care, patient care, and evidence-based practices. The goal is to enhance the quality of life of individuals and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ health status and their needs and develop a plan for sustainable treatment
- Implementing patient care plans for individuals, families, and populations
- Collaborate with other health professionals and the community to promote overall well-being
- Develop treatment plans based on patient needs and available data
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and progress within specified standards
- Apply clinical knowledge, skill, and expertise to communicate with various populations (e.g., employees, family members, patients)
- Provide emotional support and emotional education to patients and their family members
- Participate in professional development opportunities to develop skills relevant to the role
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (or FNP) certification in PA or NP License Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (or FNP)
- Current BLS certification required.
- CPR Certification from the American Heart Association required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
