Hello! We are expanding and looking to expand our staff with an EXPERIENCED Medical Receptionist. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for patients at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of reception area, administrative work, and general clerical support).

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and check them in
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Keep reception area stocked and organized
• Schedule new patients
• Data entry
• Copy and scan patient information
• Collect copays
• Obtain/check authorizations
• Check eligibility
• Chart prep
• Assist in general office tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or relevant work experience
• Someone that takes initiative
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English & Spanish
• Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
