We are currently hiring an Outside Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The Outside Sales Representative will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Responsibilities:
● Present, promote and sell products/services through schedule demo by potential customers
● Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
● Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship
● Reach sales targets and performance outcomes on a Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly basis
● Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
● Report with management on customer needs, interests, and concerns after a schedule demo.
● Ongoing training and closing techniques to maximize individual performance
● Travel within a 25 Mile radius of your home to execute a schedule demo
Skills:
● Previous work experience as a sales representative is preferred
● Highly motivated and self driven with a proven track record in sales
● Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
● Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
● Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to client needs
Experience:
● Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
● Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
