Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the boutique, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and train boutique staff, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Ensure excellent customer service by assisting customers with their needs and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked
- Conduct employee orientations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results
- Collaborate with vendors to source new products and negotiate favorable terms
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

-Maintain a stylish apperance that aligns with the brand image

-Creating a positive and engaging environment

-Track sales and analyze weekly, monthly, and yearly goals

Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a boutique setting
- Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
