Coastal Bend Pain Management is Hiring a Medical Office Receptionist Near Corpus Christi, TX

Growing Pain Management office looking for a friendly Entry Level Medical Office Secretary/Specialist to join our team. Job duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering, triaging, and directing incoming phone calls.
  • Scheduling, check in, and confirmation of patient appointments.
  • Collection of patient and/or insurance responsibilities.
  • Patient registration and data entry.
  • Ensures all patient information is kept secure and confidential..

Required Education

  • High School Diploma or GED

Required Qualifications

  • Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment/office
  • Must be computer savvy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
