Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts. Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries. Give them patient intake forms, scan and update insurances, address, phone numbers and other pertinent information. Collect co payments, deductibles, co insurances and balances due from Patients. Schedule Follow-Up Appointment for Patient, give out diagnostic testing orders, lab orders and answer all patient questions. Give Any Referrals to the MA, Assist Patient With Any Questions or Other Needs. Multitasking, operating tech gadgets, managing time effectively, problem solving, communicating with patients, prioritizing tasks are few other desired requirements.

It is mandatory for the candidate to have a detailed knowledge of working on E-clinical Works( Mandatory). It is also desired to have a previous working experience as an MA or a medical secretary.
