This position carries supervisory responsibilities.
● College education preferred (Experience will be taken into consideration above education.)
● Prior experience in HOA is highly preferred or Assistant Association Manager experience managing multiple sites with 300 or more doors
● Skills like critical thinking, conflict resolution, articulate communication (both verbal & written), and accountability are strongly preferred to succeed in this role
● Proficiency in Yardi software
● Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive
● Must have reliable transportation
