Coal Creek is testing a new system for recruiting an Entry-Level Site Acquisition Specialist in the Arizona market for a future position. We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in business with knowledge of real estate and legal documents. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful, growing team. REQUIREMENTS:

• Must reside in the State of Arizona.
• A background check and drug test are required.
• May be required to obtain a real estate license.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task to achieve goals and meet deadlines in a schedule-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

RESPONSIBILITIES include:

• Field work to identify locations for new wireless transmission facilities, as well as cell site analysis and qualification.
• Complete site candidate identification packages, site design walks, and other site/field visits with various counterparts, as needed.
• Research and obtain information affecting the development of a cell site.
• An understanding of real estate law, terms, definitions, and legal documents that are necessary to secure a client's real property interests for the purposes of installing a communications facility is helpful.
• Prepare and negotiate leases and other real estate agreements with land, rooftop, and cell tower owners.
• Complete leasing packages and other documentation as required by our clients.
• Drive projects to ensure timely and accurate completion, as well as meet client requirements, through daily management of tasks and interaction with project management teams.
• Ensure compliance with all clients, landlord, jurisdictional, governmental, and industry standards.
• Participate in meetings, identify issues, and propose solutions.
