Job Summary:

We’re seeking a driven individual who excels in both construction knowledge and computer skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This unique position combines desk-based responsibilities with physical work.

Qualifications:

• Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ability to learn inventory management systems.
• Fluent in English with outstanding communication abilities.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• A quick problem-solver who can adapt to changing situations.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to obtain quotes, product information, and lead times.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and address inquiries or issues promptly.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on delivered items to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and design requirements.
• Document any discrepancies or issues and coordinate resolution with vendors.
• Organize storage and maintain equipment inventory.
• Swiftly address and resolve operational issues to minimize project disruptions.
