CNM Specialist Recruitment Limited is Hiring a Project Manager (Stick Frame/Multifamily construction) Near Clermont, FL

My client is a well-respected, well-established medium-sized business; they are looking for a Project Manager with 10 years’ experience in stick framing on multifamily units. The project will be a 112-unit townhouse project based out of Clermont, FL; the Project manager will manage construction, and a superintendent and a PE
The Role of the Project Manager will involve:
Managing a $20 million 112 Unit Multifamily townhouse stick framing ground-up project.
The project starts around 1st April. 
The individual must be disciplined with complete control of contracts, scheduling, and coordination.
Managing Superintendents on each job. 
Involved in Pre-con meetings.
Liaising with Design, Cost control, Operations, finance, and the client to ensure the completion of projects on time.
Heading up sub-contractor and client meetings.
Procurement of subcontractors
Managing all subcontractor payments and site budgets
Liaising with Owners.
Managing the client
Ideal Requirements of the Project Manager.
10 years experience as PM in Stick Framing Multifamily projects.
Must have experience on similar project sizes - $20 million/112 units
Be commutable to Clermont, FL
Strong organizational skills.
Experience of having contact with the client.
Possess a strong sense of urgency.
Strong communication skills.
Strong time management and ability to multi-task.
