Under general direction of the Warehouse Supervisor and Operations Manager, has responsibility for ensuring that warehousing requirements are met and a safe/clean work environment is maintained. Responsible for training warehouse workers in all primary zones. Plans, coordinates and controls warehouse activities in assigned work area to achieve established management goals. Including training all warehouse personnel in equipment operation, establishing & insuring process, efficiency requirements and safety/security.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Working SO Queue to pick/pack orders
• Email, Excel, Trade, Teams
• Cross trained: Inbound shipments, PO receipt, Tracking
• Leads processes and inventory flow through assigned zones.
• Assists department with employee productivity techniques and reporting.
• Fosters team cooperation, supports group problem solving, ensures progress towards established goals and acknowledges team accomplishments.
• Accomplish department objectives by communicating and training employees on processes, policies and procedures.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support as required or assigned.
• Assumes daily responsibilities as a Warehouse Associate.
• Shipping
• Cycle counting
• Receiving
• Document preparation
• Inventory special projects.

• Other special projects as assigned by Management

Qualifications and Work Experience: Your background and qualification can be many, but most important you have a drive that exceeds the average and seeks to make a difference.

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work within a team
• A basic understanding of PC hardware
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• An ability to work under pressure and within deadline
• Attention to detail
• Punctuality

Abilities Required:

• This position requires great attention to detail
• Must be capable of being trained to operate a forklift and pay loader
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in an environment with dust exposure, hot work area in summer
• Must be able to wear required ESD clothing and accessories
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
