ACTIVE SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.

Must live in the Washington, DC area/ National Capitol Region and work onsite at the Pentagon 2 days per week; remote work 3 days per week.

In this role, you will:

• Assist in providing Operational Navy (OPNAV)'s Assessment Division (N81) with a comprehensive methodology and supporting review process that assists in defining the U.S. Navy's warfighting capability and capacity requirements for warfighter preparedness.
• Assist in identifying short and long-term capacity and capability shortfalls or gaps, and quantitative/qualitative measures suitable for supporting value-based trades between disparate components of the Navy.
• Provide campaign analyst support services that will provide professional, technical, and administrative on-site support to the Campaign Analysis and Modeling branchs (N81C) mission.
• Provide modeling, simulation, and other analytic disciplines that support Navy centric programs as well as Joint Campaign Analysis.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• An active Secret clearance.
• A Bachelors degree in operations research or mathematics, statistics, engineering (aeronautical, electrical, mechanical, etc.), chemistry, physics, or computer science.
• 0-2 years of working expereince.

Additional desired experience and skills:

• Prior Navy or government service.
• Modeling and or simulation experience.
• Campaign analysis experience.
