We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic healthcare professional to join our team as the Regional Director of Nursing for our SNFs in MA and NH. As a key leadership position, the successful Regional Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the delivery of nursing services across multiple facilities within the specified region. Regional Director of Nursing requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and clinical skills to drive excellence in patient care and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Job Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing healthcare facilities or related field
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- In-depth knowledge of home health, nursing administration, and medical records systems
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, residents, families, and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of multiple healthcare facilities within a designated region. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to patients and residents. Key duties include:
- Managing and supervising facility administrators and staff
- Developing and implementing care plans and programs
- Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
- Collaborating with other departments to improve operational efficiency
- Implementing and maintaining effective systems for medical records management
- Overseeing shift management and staffing schedules
- Providing leadership and guidance to facility administrators
