*CareOne at Newton MA - Acute Rehab Skilled Nursing Facilities - Director of Nursing position*
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of nursing operations within our organization. This is a leadership role that requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Oversee and manage the nursing staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for patients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Medicare and HIPAA.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in the development and implementation of care plans.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in nursing practices and technologies.

Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and acute care practices.
- Strong understanding of Medicare regulations and requirements.
- Experience in hospice care, assisted living, or home care settings.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
