Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for the de burring of metal parts using hand held smoothing equipment.
Responsibilities:

• De Burr metal frames to meet quality specifications
• Perform self inspection to ensure conformance to quality standards
• Examine work pieces for defects and report to Supervisory level
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school or GED diploma.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Work understanding and usage of power tools.
• Great communication and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
This position will work in a manufacturing setting with exposure to heavy equipment, machinery, and related noise levels. Position will be primarily working in a standing position for up to 6 plus hours per day. Some duties will require sitting for short periods of time. Must be capable of lifting 0-25lbs. in the proper ergonomic position.
