Customer Service Specialist perform services that include compliance with federal and state regulations, customer service and more! Providing your vast firearms knowledge, initiative, and motivation to get tasks complete, will allow you to jump in with both feet sooner!

CMMG Inc. is looking for a motivated and well-spoken Customer Service Specialist to join our team. We combine a strong firearms culture in a manufacturing setting. This position will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone calls, live chat, and emails (no cold calling). Issuing return merchandise authorizations (RMA) ensuring a smooth process. Shipping replacement products to our customers. Along with addressing and understanding the needs of the customer. Advise customers on troubleshooting firearms issues and technical assistance. To be successful you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction.

Satisfactorily complete the 90-day probationary period. Training provided to understand CMMG firearms, ATF/DOJ policies and regulations while learning how to offer a personalized interaction to meet the unique needs of each customer.
