Description
The Manager will provide limited input into the planning for and execute on the product line or functionality (e.g. OTC, Options) strategy. This role will work with the product development groups to identify organic and inorganic growth opportunities within a product line. **note: BLM and related roles at the same level share a common job description**

Principal Accountabilities:
Applies knowledge of products to educate external customers and create presentation or education materials - including seminars, whitepaper and tutorials targeting commercials/institutions and individual investors.
Coaches and mentors more junior team members.
Executes on the product line strategy, including product design, development, and evaluation of trading volume for products.
Provides execution support for product line management in support of profit and loss.
Works collaboratively with other areas (e.g. Marketing, R&PD, CD&S), to implement new products.

Skills & Software Requirements:
Windows Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
