Clutch is looking for a People & Culture Director with agency experience for a position with a client of ours.
Responsibilities
- Provide support, foster a positive and inclusive work environment, and embody the company values, championing your teams.
- Organize and facilitate the annual team meetings efficiently.
- Drive performance through regular feedback, performance reviews, and cultivate a culture of motivation and growth.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all team members.
- Lead the recruitment process to attract top talent, oversee interviewing, and onboard new hires seamlessly.
- Partner with the HR team to develop and implement employee-centric policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and eliminate operational obstacles, ensuring team members have the resources they need to succeed.
- Plan and execute engaging internal events in collaboration with team leads and other departments.
- Maintain meticulous HR records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations effectively.
- Empower team members by providing guidance, support, and addressing their questions and concerns.
- Network at industry events, conferences, and professional gatherings to build strong relationships and stay current in the field.
- Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Serve as a company advocate by promoting the company values, mission, and services.
- 8 years of experience in HR or related field.
- Previous experience working in a marketing, advertising, or media agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong writing, organizational and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
