Director, People Strategy
We are looking for a Director of People Strategy to support and serve as the Human Resource Business Partner for an assigned market of Clubs. The role will partner with the clubs to best understand the key business needs and design strategies to help best support the business operations from a talent perspective. Acts as the key liaison to communicate key HR initiatives Key primary responsibilities include: Talent management, Performance Management, Compliance, educate on employee policies, support management of leaves, conducting investigations and managing Employee Relations matter in a timely fashion.
